Affiliate Program Agreement

Effective: October 21, 2026

Provider: MaxPoints LLC, a Colorado limited liability company

This Affiliate Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and MaxPoints LLC (“MaxPoints,” “we,” or “us”), the company that operates MaxMeeting. By joining the program you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to this Agreement and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  1. Commissions

    You earn 30% of each payment made by a person who signs up for MaxMeeting within 60 days of clicking your link, for 12 months from their first payment. The last affiliate link they clicked before signing up receives the credit. People who already had an account, and your own account, do not qualify.

  2. Holding Period and Payouts

    Commissions are held for 30 days in case of refunds or chargebacks. Refunded payments and referrals that breach this Agreement are cancelled. Once at least $25 is due, we pay it to the PayPal account on file, usually within the first two weeks of the following month.

  3. Disclosure and Honest Promotion

    You must disclose that you earn a commission whenever you share your link (for example “#ad” or “affiliate link”), consistent with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides. Describe MaxMeeting honestly and do not promise results it cannot guarantee.

  4. Prohibited Conduct

    No spam, fake reviews, or signing yourself or others up in bulk, and no paid search ads that bid on “MaxMeeting” or appear to come from us. We may cancel commissions and close affiliate accounts that break these rules.

  5. Taxes

    You are an independent participant, not an employee or agent of MaxPoints, and you are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. We may ask for tax information required by law before paying you.

  6. Changes and Termination

    We may change this Agreement or end the program with 30 days' notice. Commissions already earned under the earlier terms are still paid. You may leave the program at any time.

  7. Governing Law

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, as described in our Terms of Service.
